Improvements to our fry holding station

Over the course of the past year, Duke Manufacturing has been working on improvements to our fry holding station. The purpose of this work was to eliminate the recirculation of air, make the front louvered panel removable for cleaning, and improve the air flow throughout the unit. We have achieved all three of these objectives. An additional benefit from this work is the elimination of the air filter which is no longer required once the kit is installed, and the return air flow is blocked off.
